"I continue to be impressed by the remarkable work that Canada is doing here in Afghanistan. This is my tenth visit to Afghanistan and I'm pleased to see that with the help of our Canadian Forces members, a number of Afghan National Army kandaks have become fully capable of planning, executing and sustaining near-autonomous operations. It's through these efforts that we continue to strive towards accomplishing our benchmarks set out for 2011."
